Summary of 2024 Anniversary Bonus Terms:

1. Purpose

The purpose of the Anniversary Bonus is to reward clients who enrolled in 2023 to remain enrolled through 2024 to the second anniversary of their Account Opening Date.

2. Bonus Amount

The Anniversary Bonus is a cash deposit into your CMPP Account equal to fifty percent (50%) of the “Last Statement Balance” (defined below).

3. Bonus Withdrawal

If you opt-in to receive the Anniversary Bonus, the amount will be deposited into your account within fourteen (14) days after you opt-in. The amount will then be immediately withdrawable.

4. Time Period

If you opt-in to receive the Anniversary Bonus, you agree that balance of your Last Statement Balance must remain in your account until the two-year anniversary of your Account Opening Date.

5. Last Statement Balance

The Last Statement Balance is the amount shown on your statement ending March 31, 2024.

6. Opting-Out

You can opt-out and decline the Anniversary Bonus here.

7. Deadline

If you do not opt-in or opt-out before May 19, 2024, you shall no longer be entitled to receive the Anniversary Bonus unless the Firm, thereafter at its discretion, permits otherwise.
